I wrote this song while I was in Europe in 2015.
It is about allowing yourself the time to heal. Allowing yourself to acknowledge that you've been through a battle, and that moving forward doesn't always happen overnight. You have nothing to prove to anyone, and you can hold your head high and go at your own pace.

I hope it helps you find some quiet in the chaos.
